- In Paramus, the Borough lists its permit applications on the official Licenses & Permits page of paramusborough.gov. They include the UCC F100 Construction Permit Application, the building, electrical, plumbing and fire protection subcode technical sections, the Residential Zoning Requirements handout and a Contractors Registration Form. Certificate of Occupancy applications are made through the borough portal. Requirements differ by town, so confirm with your own municipality.
