In 2018, VM Power Construction & Remodeling LLC was formally established. At that point, Vincent was already deep into the trade, doing kitchens, decks, and exterior work under one roof. As the team grew, the work specialized. A deck crew trained differently than a flooring crew. A roofing specialist held different certifications than a bathroom remodeler. The natural structure became specialist divisions — each with its own crew, its own certification stack, its own phone line — all sharing the same license, the same insurance, the same family-owned commitment.

Each project's warranty is issued by the division that completed the work, backed by the shared parent LLC. Multi-scope projects (say, a renovation that spans kitchen + bath + deck) are warranted as one contract by the Construction division, with specialist crews delivering each scope.

Primary operations are in Whitehall, PA (3 Maryland Cir 310, Whitehall, PA 18052 — company HQ). We also maintain offices in Hellertown, PA and Paramus, NJ. The four brand divisions share the HQ but each has its own specialist dispatch.
