About Vincent

Vincent Karaca began contracting in Lehigh Valley, PA in 2003. Over 23+ years, he has personally led thousands of projects across residential renovation, kitchens, decks, exteriors, and flooring. In 2018, he formalized the business as VM Power Construction & Remodeling LLC (PA HIC #158550), consolidating two decades of trade experience under a single licensed entity.

As the team expanded, the work specialized. A deck crew trained differently than a flooring crew. Roofing required certifications different from bathroom remodeling. The natural structure became four specialist divisions — each with its own certified crews, phone lines, and brand identities — all sharing the same license, insurance, and family-owned commitment to honest contracting.

Vincent personally walks every major project before sign-off. It's a habit from the days when every kitchen, deck, or hardwood floor was his own reputation on the line. He remains the license holder across all four VM Power brand divisions and the lead contractor on complex whole-home projects.
